Questions people ask before installing.

Is it really free?+
Yes. We earn a small affiliate commission from the sourcing agent when you place an order through our links. You pay the same price as going direct — no markup. The affiliate rate is disclosed on each agent's order page.
Do you read my browsing history?+
No. The extension only activates on detail.1688.com pages. It reads the product ID from the URL, queries 7 agents, then shows the bar. Nothing else is collected, transmitted, or stored. Source is open-source (AGPL-3.0) — audit anytime.
How do you make money?+
Affiliate commissions. When you click through to a sourcing agent and place an order, the agent pays us a percentage (typically 3-8% of service fees, varies by agent). This is disclosed on every order page. We never sell your data, never show ads, never upsell.
What about agents that pay higher commissions — do you favor them?+
No. Sort order is by total cost to you (price + service + shipping), cheapest first. Commission rate doesn't influence ranking. We disclose commission rates per agent in the source code so anyone can verify.
Can I disable a specific agent?+
Yes. Click the extension icon → Agents tab → toggle off any of the 5. Your preference is stored locally in chrome.storage.sync — synced across devices if you're signed into Chrome.
Which of the 7 agents is the cheapest?+
It varies per product and destination country. Service fees range 5-7% and shipping depends on weight and route. The extension sorts by total cost (product + service + shipping) cheapest first, and re-sorts every time you open a new product.
Can mainland China users access the extension?+
Yes — the extension is published on the Chrome Web Store and works in 168.com / detail.1688.com directly. The 7 sourcing agent sites (buckydrop.com, supplyia.com, etc.) are international sites with no mainland restriction.
Do you store any user data?+
Only your disabled-agent preferences are stored (chrome.storage.sync, optional cross-device sync). Product IDs you browse and prices you see are not logged, not stored, not transmitted. Source is open-source (AGPL-3.0) — audit anytime.
